We’ve already digitized tens of thousands of pictures over the years and we are proud to say we have never lost or damaged a single picture. Photo Scanning
Preserve your precious memories with our photo scanning service. Every photo you send or hand over to us is handled by our team of experts. We use the latest technology to digitize your photos and we provide you with high resolution digital pictures. Photos can be scanned into 150, 300, or 600 dpi JPEG files.

Would you like your photos to have a higher resolution? Please call and speak to one of our representatives today. We will provide you with a custom quote based on your requirements. Our normal turn-around for scanning 500 photos are 5-7 business days.
TIP: 300 dpi JPEG files are ideal for viewing or printing similar reprints while 600 dpi is best for larger reproductions.
Slide Scanning
Do you have old vacation photos, birthday celebrations or any other event pictures that you would like to share with your kids and grandkids? Are they stored in 35mm slides? We can digitize your slides for you. Each slide is handled carefully by our team in our facility. We do not send your slides out of our office to be scanned and you can be assured that we will personally take care of the job for you. We offer Standard Slide Scanning and Premium Slide Scanning.
Scans each slide into 2000 dpi and converts the picture into a JPEG format. We will save your pictures onto a DVD free of charge. If you need additional DVDs to share you can purchase them at $5.00 per DVD. Our pricing chart is as follows
- 1 – 100 slides : 0.90c per slide
- 101 – 250 slides : 0.55c per slide
- 251 – 500 slides : 0.30c per slide
- over 501 slides : 0.21c per slide
Scans each slide in 4000 dpi and convert the picture into JPEG format. We will adjust the scan settings and color settings to achieve optimum color for each slide. We also use Kodak’s Digital ICE Technology to reduce dust and scratches from each slide.
- 1 – 100 slides : $1.75 per slide
- 101 – 250 slides : $1.25 per slide
- 251 – 500 slides : $1.00 per slide
- over 501 slides : 0.85c per slide
If either of these options are not economical for you, we can scan the slides at a lower resolution of 600 dpi. Please contact one of our representatives during normal business hours to get a custom price quote.
TIP: We highly recommend you scan your slides at 2000 dpi. We also provide the option to scan at either 600 dpi or 4000 dpi as well.
Negative Scanning
Do you have old negatives lying around? Would you like to see what pictures are in those negatives? We can scan your 35mm negatives for you. Each negative is scanned locally in our facility. We scan each negative either in 2000 dpi or 4000 dpi. With a resolution of 2000 dpi you can make prints out of these photos in either 4×6, 5×7, or 8×10 whereas, with 4000 dpi you can print poster size pictures.
- 1 – 100 negatives: 0.75c per negative

- 251 – 500 negatives : 0.35c per negative
- over 501 negatives: 0.21c per negative

Document Scanning
Whether you are an individual or a business, paperwork can be hard to recover/store over the years. We can easily solve your problem by professionally scanning your documents and converting them to digital format securely. The benefit of scanning your documents is that you can share your information digitally as well as retrieve your information in a short amount of time. Prior to scanning, your files have to be prepared so that they can easily go through a high speed scanner. Prepping involves removing staples, paperclips, unfolding, and straightening documents. We can also organize your documents and put them in separate folders for you once they are scanned and digitized. Once your document is scanned, we utilize Optical Character Recognition Technology to make your PDF documents fully searchable documents.

FAQ
How can I prepare my photos for scanning?
If your photos are stuck in an album, take them out and organize them according to category. Use a paper or index card to name each category and tie them with a rubber band into bundles. We can use the category names while creating folders while scanning. If you do not prefer to organize them we can still scan your pictures for you. If you do not take the pictures out of the album we will charge an additional $50 per 250 pictures to remove the pictures and get them ready for scanning. If your pictures have glue stuck to the bottom please remove the glue. If you need our assistance for removing glue please speak to one of our representatives.
What is the best resolution for scanning my photos?
300 dpi JPEG files are ideal for viewing or printing similar reprints while 600 dpi is best for larger reproductions. We recommend 300dpi resolution for all pictures.
How will I view my digital photos once they are scanned?
We can save your pictures on a DVD or a USB for you. Pictures are saved onto a DVD at no additional charge but if you require additional discs to share with your loved ones we charge $5 per additional DVD. Pictures can also be saved onto a USB drive for you for $19.99. If you prefer a digital download link, please let us know.
Are my photos scanned locally or is the work outsourced?
All photos you hand over or send to us are scanned locally in the USA by our employees. We do not send your pictures outside our offices.
Is same day service available?
Same day service is available depending on how many photos need to be scanned and there will be a rush order fee. Please speak with one of our representatives today.
Can you scan slides or negatives?

What is the best way to clean 35mm slides?
If your slides have been gathering dust in your attic or basement it is important to clean them before scanning. You can start cleaning them by gently spraying them with compressed air to blow away any dust or hair. You can also dust the slides using anti-static brush.
What format are my photos, slides, or negatives scanned at?
Photos, Slides, and Negatives are all scanned into JPEG format.
Are my originals returned to me?
All originals, whether they are photos, slides, or negatives, they will all be returned back to you along with your DVD or USB drive with digital photos.
